Walmart Garment SweatShop Kills More Slaves in Bangladesh
April 28, 2013Posted by on
Walmart is one of many notorious corporations that has been making its billions off the modern human slavery in Bangladesh. GAP, Carrefour, Tesco, Metro AG, Disney and many more are connected with the Sweatshops in poor countries, where people are not considered human at all, but they are nothing more than a cost to company.
These corporations are in cohorts with each other, where they have laid down the foundations of absolute exploitation. They pay their contractors in Bangladesh so low that they just do not have enough to pay for any form of security for their workforce. When there are no safety measures, then it is obvious that people are going to die.
There was a fire in November 2012, then January 2013 and now a building collapses in April 2013 where workers create clothes for Walmart’s Faded Glory Brand. There were many other brand names found in the Rubble along with the dead corpses of human slaves.
Children’s Place, Benetton, Cato Fashions, Mango and other brands that have found such Sweatshops to be a comfortable place for their profiteering agendas. It has been estimated by the greedy Economist in the so-called developed countries in the west, that Bangladesh is the perfect place to bring in all the manufacturing of Clothes for the world.
Masters in cost cutting, they know how to exploit “cheap Labor”, and Bangladesh has the cheapest workforce in the world. They have become the targets of such corporations that plan to use them in their corporate machines as slaves till the end of time.
There is no way out for them because these corporations have the financial power to control the media, and set up controlled opposition at the same time. They hire fake activists that become their support in the backdrops while pretending to fight the company out in the open.
When people make no effort to fight back on their own, then such corporations win the game every time. It is all about manipulation of interception, and Psychological warfare has been used in the media to keep the masses docile at all times. When you are dependent on the system, then there is no possible way that people will try to fight back.
The weak individuals who do not know where to turn to for help, try to protect the system built to entrap them. This is the true nature of this trap, and it has multiple verticals which is only meant to use people as slave workforce for the rest of their natural lives.
